Heart
Joshua Clottey will probably go the distance with Manny Pacquiao, although not without taking punches from Manny every now and then.

It’s not easy to keep standing when your opponent is coming from everywhere. Underdog fighters are usually the ones with bigger heart.

Clottey has made a career out of being a winning underdog. But in this case, it will be interesting to see Manny’s heart now that Clottey is the heavy underdog.

Strength
Welterweights aren’t very well known for strength, but Pacquiao changed the stereotypical welterweight fighter and below. The guy has settled for more TKOs than any other light boxer in recent memory.

We won’t even mention Clottey in this category, for the strength and punching power will always be attributed to Manny.

Prediction
How significant would it be for Clottey if he beats Manny? History books will indicate the guy as the fighter who retired the Pacman and took his belt in the process.

But the keyword is “if.” Clottey is no more significant than David Diaz and Miguel Cotto. If history serves us well the same thing will happen to Joshua Clottey. We predict a Round 9 TKO victory for Pacquiao. Come on guys, this could be his last bout!
