Just because more and more offices are becoming denim-friendly doesn’t mean you can don your snoop-doggiest pair of maong to the boardroom. The pair you wear to work needs to look as sharp as your dad’s beige slacks. So forget those skinny jeans. And don’t even think about your 10-year old grunge uniforms.
Remember that all jeans eventually stretch out. Get a pair that sit on your waist, one that will still feel comfortable even after a few rounds of beer. and if you buy a pair that is baggy in the dressing room, they will be falling off on by the second wash. Always try on multiple sizes, going up and down one size from what you think you should wear. Let the belt do the job it was meant for.
Having jeans that fit properly will change the whole way you get dressed. When your jeans fit, they make any outfit look much better on you.
